Shipping:

Processing time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-14 working days subjected to custom clearance.
  • Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery of 3-5 working days subjected to custom clearance.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to international locations. Shipping costs and delivery time varies by location.

Order Tracking:

We provide order tracking for international shipments whenever possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. In rare cases, please note that some countries may not provide last mile tracking information for international shipments once they leave the origin country.

Returns & Refunds:

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days with your receipt for a full refund. Please note the following:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 4-6 business days after we received the returned items. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
